Purchasing/Cancellations/Returns
All payments are processed at the moment the order is placed.
Customer pays $9.95 flat rate shipping.
Shipping on orders over $75 is always free.
Cancellation or reversal of any order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Order Cancellation Policy - Customer
The customer may cancel an order placed on BlocUSA.com prior to shipment of that order. If the customer chooses to cancel the order within these conditions the customer will receive a refund of the full amount of the purchase less 15% of the total purchase amount All requests for cancellation of an order must be processed through the Customer Service Department at 941-549-8388, Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. The order # must be provided when contacting Customer Service via phone. If the order has shipped, the sale may not be cancelled. (Please see ‘Return Policies’ section). All cancelled orders are final and may not be reversed.
Return Policies
We will accept returns and exchanges on product that are:
- Unused and in the original unopened manufacturer's packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt
- Returned within 30 days
Returns for damaged or defective products will receive a refund or credit to the customer’s account.
Guarantee
Global Outdoor Supply guarantees all genuine Bloc products against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. If a product you receive from us turns out to be defective (manufacturer's defect), it will be exchanged for the same model if still available or a similar model. The guarantee is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase. Scratched lenses are not covered under Bloc's guarantee.

Changing Orders
No changes can be made once an order has been placed.

Errors and Omissions
We're human too and very rarely mistakes happen with pricing. If the price seems too good to be true please contact us FIRST before purchasing and we will verify the price PRIOR TO PURCHASE. Should you make a purchase and there is an error in pricing, we will immediately and cheerfully refund your entire purchase and probably give you a nice discount on your next purchase. Please include product code / UPC in your email or have it handy when you call so we can verify it for you. Shipping Restrictions
We ship best allowed method via TRACKED UPS, FedEx, USPS or LTL freight. Items ship within 5-10 business days (Monday - Friday are business days EXCLUDING Federal Holidays).
We ship inside the United States only.
